    " Working with Anita was amazing! We were demo-ing our finished basement to put in a legal apartment for my mom. We had NO idea what that entailed and Anita led the way. My mom was...particular...in her wants and Anita was amazing in helping sway her in a better direction but also acknowleding which battles were not worth it. This applied to the apartment layout and all the finishes. As the framing was nearing completion, we had a significant shift in the plan - mom was not moving in and now the bill was sitting with my partner and I. We needed to cut costs anywhere possible! Anita's design obligations were done at that point and yet she still jumped right back in! She helped us negotiate with vendors to switch out products without restocking fees and helped pick beautiful yet cost effective finishes.
